Most cars today have wheel covers. Just lets say some do and some don’t, depending what kind of car or options came with your car. I know that anytime that I were to do maintenance on my vehicle, such as greasing the front end. The wheel covers would have to come off, and I would have to pull the wheels off the car so that I could get to the grease fittings.
Now, you say what does that have to do with a rubber mallet? Well when I put those wheels back on the car, and screw the lug nuts back on, I would use the rubber mallet and lightly tap the wheel cover back onto the wheels. You see by using a rubber mallet there is no damage to the wheel cover. To find rubber mallets just go online and look up wholesale rubber mallets.
